About the Founder
Frances is the founder and visionary of the MAYANII brand. Her love for fashion started very early on.Â
Frances attended the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City. At FIT she graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications. During her time there she landed internships with a Public Relations firm who represented multiple designers along with a high end luxury brand in their Special Events team. Right after college she spent 5 years working for a private wholesale label.Â
As unpredictable as life can be, her professional career took her into a completely different industry.
In 2021, after taking a heart opening trip to Guatemala & collecting soulful experiences, she realized she was ready to take the next step and make her vision of opening an online boutique a reality.
